The District Attorney of Santa Clara County has been replying to letters sent to him on Brendon Rose's behalf by sending back his office's sentencing report. This report is known to have misleading and incorrect facts of the incident. It is also known that this report is devoid of some important facts that are in support of Brendon. The Rose family has chosen at this time, not to enter a battle of contradicting letters with the District Attorney's office of Santa Clara County. Therefore, the contact information for that office, as well as the contact information for the Probation Department of Santa Clara County has been removed from this list for the time being.
